I am trying to completely rewrite this article to make it more objective. So far I have just most of the description that had no references and I will just be adding back relevant information along with references as I get them. JimmyDavidThird (talk) 20:20, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Also, I would appreciate some pointers on how to handle references, as some of them are coming directly from an auto-biography.
I know Jim McGroddy personally as I was myself a Research Staff Member at IBM Research around the time that he became Director of Research and I am still in direct contact with him today for information.
